Non Delivery of the Product:  Contact us for assistance.  Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our Head Office by email within 24 hours of date of delivery, otherwise the product will be considered delivered

Major Defects:  If any major deficiency is proved, notified by email at point of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic evidence of major defect, and we fail to correct it within 5 working days (Mon – Fri)  from the time of the initial complaint notification, the refund will be issued to the customer without any compensation.

Product-not-as described :  Such issues should be reported to our Technical Department upon receipt of product.  Clear photographic evidence must be provided proving that the product is not-as-described.  Complaints which are based merely on customer false expectations or wishes are not honoured.
